Application Procedures

1. Applicants can contact School of International Education (SIE), Nanjing Medical University for Application Form for International Students and Foreigner Examination Form. Besides, applicants may also download the both forms online from http://njmu.admissions.cn/

2. Applicants are required to submit the completed Application Form for Admission to NMU for International Students (original), Physical Examination Form for Foreigners (including copies of data for physical examination and blood test), passport, degree certification and academic transcripts by means of e-mail, post or online application to the School of International Education (SIE), Nanjing Medical University (NMU).

3. The School of International Education (SIE) will, in accordance with students’ application documents and the enrollment plan of the current year, issue LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE to admitted applicants within one month after receipt of the applications.

4. Applicant should pay 2000 dollars or CNY 13,000 as deposit within 15 days after he/she received LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE, and the University won&1000t refund the deposit if he/she doesn’t come to register as new student. If the applicant comes to register on the specified date, the deposit will be transferred into his/her tuition fee and the student needs to pay the rest of the tuition fee after deduction of the deposit money.

5. Nanjing Medical University (NMU) will send CONFIRMATION OF ADMISSION and the Visa Application Form for Study in China (JW202) after receipt of the enrollment deposits of admitted applicant.

6. Admitted applicants should go to the embassies or consulates of P. R. China to apply for the X Visa to study in China, along with the Admission Notice and the JW202 form.

7. Admitted applicants are required to come to the School of International Education(SIE),Nanjing Medical University (NMU), to register on the specified date, with the originals of the CONFIRMATION OF ADMISSION of NMU, the Physical Examination Form, and the JW202 form. Admitted applicants who cannot register on time should inform the Office of International Students’ Affairs & Admission in advance and submit an application for late enrollment.
